We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will be in contact.


Customs fees are the customers’ responsibility as these vary between countries. By purchasing our products, you consent that at any time one or more packages may attract such fees upon arrival at your country.

United States   10-30 Business days
Canada, Europe   10-30 Business days
Australia, New Zealand   10-30 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America   15-30 Business days

Max delivery time –  120 business days.
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.


You will receive two emails after your purchase. The first email contains your order details and confirmation. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email with tracking details. Please note that due to standard / free shipping, tracking information may not always be available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent out in separate packages even if you have specified combined shipping. This can also be due to product availability.

Order cancellation
If you need to change or to cancel an order after purchase, you must contact us within 12 hours after you make payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we can no longer cancel an order.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Request for refunds or re-shipment of ordered products may be accepted if:

  • the shipped items have not arrived within the stated time frame (120 days not including 2-5 day processing time)
  • you received the wrong item(s)
  • you do not want the product you received (however, customers must return the item at their expense and the item must be unused/unopened).

We do not issue a refund if:

  • the order has not arrived due to incorrect information advised to us by the customer (e.g. wrong shipping address provided to us)
  • the order has not arrived due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. order has not cleared through customs, order delayed due to natural disaster).
