What fits in the Model 3
Roughly 20 cu ft of trunk plus a frunk, and Camp Mode keeps the climate running silently all night. That is compact-car cargo space, so:
- A cooler of 35 quarts or less - a family-size cooler does not fit beside the rest of the kit.
- Backpacking-style chairs and air or folding pads, which pack small.
The rear seats fold into the trunk: one person sleeps diagonally on a pad, and a couple tents beside the car and keeps it as a climate-controlled base.
Sleeping inside the Model 3
With the rear seats folded, the Tesla Model 3 is the bed.
